Very disappointed. Delivery of my order failed. It seems, ETSY chooses to delay advising customer until after their order payment is received, that courier and delivery tracking details will NOT be made available to the customer. Only orders over a specific value. I would never have proceeded knowing this. As a result of course, my order never arrived, no resolution to its whereabouts, wasted time and effort by myself, and eventually refunded. Bad and frustrating experience, not to be repeated. It was later revealed that although the order was falsely reported as 'despatched'. It never was ! BE WARNED Jeffrey Wild
